The Morasha Method™

The Art & Science of Awakening the Soul

The Morasha Method™ is a practical approach for gaining clarity and confidence in life and business. It combines gratitude, creativity, and neuroscience to help you make better decisions.

The 3 Steps of the Morasha Method™

Step 1: Gratitude Prayer
We begin with a short prayer of gratitude. This centers the mind, reduces distraction, and sets the intention for the practice.

Step 2: Creative Practice
The second step is either Neuro-Journaling, Neuro-Painting, or both:

  • Neuro-Journaling is guided writing that uses prompts to clear mental clutter, process emotions, and create order in your thoughts. Research shows this kind of writing supports focus, resilience, and emotional regulation.
  • Neuro-Painting is painting with color and shape, without judgment, to spark new connections in the brain. This simple practice encourages creative problem-solving and helps shift perspective.

When combined, the two methods reinforce each other, leading to deeper clarity and insight.

Step 3: Reflection
The final step is reflection. Together we look at what you wrote or painted and uncover the patterns, themes, or ideas that reveal what matters most. I guide you in drawing out the insights and translating them into clear next steps for your life, parenting, career, or business.

Why Work With a Facilitator?

It is possible to journal or paint on your own, but a facilitator provides structure, focus, and prompts. My role is to guide the process so you can go deeper, stay present, and recognize insights you might miss on your own.

Timing

The Morasha Method™ can be practiced in 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what you need.

Why Now

During the Jewish High Holidays, it is a powerful time to pause, look inward, and realign with the deepest parts of ourselves.

The Morasha Method™ offers a gentle, creative way to clear away move through these days with clarity and strength.

Complimentary Session

I invite you to try a complimentary session, online or in person (Zichron Yaakov, Israel).

About Me

I’m Mindy Morasha. I have a master’s degree in mass communications and worked for over 20 years as a journalist and author, thank G-d. I am also an intuitive artist and a certified coach. Over the years I have studied and practiced how research in neuroscience and psychology confirms what the soul already knows: that when we quiet the mind and engage in creative practices, we open a doorway to clarity and healing.

Originally from Florida, I made Aliyah and now live in Israel with my husband of 25 years and our four children. My life and work are dedicated to weaving together writing, painting, science, and spirit to help others connect to their deepest selves with clarity and confidence.

By Mindy Morasha Rubenstein I began this journey as a writer before I knew exactly what I was writing about. I was the “lost child” in my family, growing up in chaos, and I didn’t know how to rescue others — but I did know I had a voice. I would later discover that writing…

The Hidden Abuse No One Talks About

I don’t have any bruises or scars, so you’d never know. What actually constitutes emotional or financial abuse can be so subtle. For nearly three decades, I’ve lived in a nearly constant state of confusion, moving between being triggered by emotional abandonment and wondering if I was the one who was crazy. Maybe at times…
