Here’s how you can bring the healing power of color into your daily life:
1. Your Home as a Healing Space
Each room in your home carries a different energy. You can support that energy with color:
- Bedroom: Soft blues, greens, or lavenders calm the nervous system and invite restful sleep.
- Living Room: Warm earth tones or light oranges encourage connection, joy, and comfort.
- Kitchen: Yellow or fresh green uplifts and supports digestion.
- Workspace: Cool tones like blue or gray paired with yellow accents can boost focus and clarity.
2. Dressing with Intention
Clothing is a daily opportunity to choose how you want to feel:
- Red: For courage, power, and action.
- Green: For harmony, healing, and renewal.
- Blue: For peace and authentic communication.
- White or Yellow: For lightness, clarity, and optimism.
- Purple: For spiritual alignment and deeper connection.
Sometimes I wake up anxious and reach for blue or soft pink to calm my spirit.
Other days, when I need bold energy, I go for red or coral. Color becomes an intuitive tool—a visual prayer for what I want to call into my life.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence.
When we bring awareness to our choices, even something as simple as a shirt or pillow becomes part of our healing journey.
