I continue to pray for the liberation of our hostages and for a world filled only with revealed love and light.
This imminent goal begins within, as we each strengthen a personal connection with our Higher Power (G-d) and our authentic, loving selves.✨
Some ideas to cultivate deeper love and understanding:
1. Journal 5-10 minutes a day through voice notes or by writing.
2. Breathe deeply and take a moment to just be exactly where you are.
We have more sway on this world than we might imagine.
